As McKibbon Hospitality expanded its portfolio of hotel management and development projects nationwide, they needed a central office that reflected their brand values—collaboration, service, and a welcoming environment.
We worked closely with McKibbon’s leadership and brand team to merge corporate office functionality with hospitality aesthetics. Custom millwork, warm lighting, and guest-style reception areas were incorporated to make staff and visitors feel at home. The floorplan encouraged cross-department collaboration while maintaining executive privacy. Fast-track scheduling and phased construction ensured the space was ready for the leadership event without disrupting ongoing operations.
